Douglas Owen, CEO and Co-Founder of Disc-O-Bed generously donated 250 children’s cots to support Operation Tallawah, our Hurricane Melissa recovery efforts. These high-quality cots are now in use at Jacob’s Well Basic School for daily nap times and the school’s sick bay. We are deeply grateful to Disc-o-Bed for providing comfort and dignity to our students. Disc-O-Bed, headquartered in Atlanta Georgia, is known for its portable, bunkable camping cot systems for over 30 years.

On 16 May 2026 we will host our annual Gala at the elegant Atlanta Marriott Marquis. During this evening of glamour we'll highlight the work we're doing to help Basic Schools reopen following Hurricane Melissa, and honor those who have devoted their lives to help others across the globe. During the first week of December 2025, Integrity Children's Fund partnered with ATLVets, a US military veternary organization, to repair the roof of the Jacob's Well Basic School, so that the school could be opened to receive students once again. Two weeks before the repair started, a team from Hope Force International visited Jacob's Well Basic School and cleaned the debris left by Hurricane Melissa.
