How you can help

There are many pressing needs and it is most encouraging when the question is asked, "What can I do to help?".

Many organizations that have sought to help worthy causes in Jamaica have found it frustrating when their contributions, in the form of tangible goods, do not reach the intended recipients in a timely manner, and sometimes, not at all. As a result, ICF has decided that its support will predominantly be a financial one. We will provide financial support in the form of teacher's salaries, and payments to suppliers of goods and services for the school.

You can help in a number of ways:

* Prayer

  • * Regular financial commitment
  • * One-time Donation

  • * Get involved in ICF's activities

None of the above are mutually exclusive, so we encourage your involvement in as many ways that you can. The offer of prayer is of utmost importance as Christian values and principles serve as the underpinnings of the mission that we are called to accomplish.

A commitment to provide regular financial support is a most desirable form of help because it is ICF's intention to take on the obligation of offering a stable source of income for many of the school employees, pay recurring expenses such as utilities, supplies for school lunches, books, etc.

One-time donations help to fund projects such as providing class room space, school furniture, and other capital type expenditures.

ICF can use your time, talent and desire to positively impact the lives of the children. This is a monumentous task and we therefore welcome any support that we can get.

ICF is recognized by the IRS as a Tax Exempt 501 ( c) 3 Charitable Organization in the United States which means that all contributions from residents and citizens of the U.S. are tax deductible.
